什么是辅助锅炉燃烧器?
锅炉燃烧器指的是船用锅炉上使用的燃烧器,是产生"火焰"的装置,航行与停泊时都会使用到。为实现顺利航行,优质的燃烧器是必不可少的。
燃烧器作用是产生蒸汽,蒸汽主要用于加热燃料,可将燃料加热到足够运行的燃烧温度、清洗储罐、调整空调、加热生活用水、以及操纵油船的货油泵。
桑福来燃烧器的特色是转杯式结构,不只是硬件,而是硬件与软件全方面的结合。因此本公司的燃烧器,可对现场要求提供综合性解决方案,而且硬件与软件的结合可提供最高的燃烧性能。
特点优势

01稳定燃烧
稳定性是本产品的优势之一。本产品使用燃料的范围很广,针对大范围的燃料都可以实现燃烧器的持续运行。影响燃烧的重要因素,如燃烧量、喷雾空气压力、喷雾空气量、燃烧空气量、转杯旋转数,都由软件控制保持稳定燃烧。

02低油压
喷雾压力仅为0.3 - 0.5Mpa,一旦漏泄燃油也不会飞溅增加安全性。所以低油压可以降低管道的消耗速度,从而减少维修保养频率。

03防止燃料阻塞
桑福来燃料喷射法可以防止燃料阻塞,这是因为它不是通过喷头喷射,而是使用转杯离心力喷射燃料。

04结构简单
桑福来燃烧器的燃烧结构是主轴直接连接到马达上,风机独立设置。这种结构减少了必要的配件与零件数量,同时实现更高质高效的燃烧控制系统。
05支持大范围燃油粘度
- 桑福来转杯式燃烧器可以使用700-1.5cSt粘度的燃料,在更换了粘度差距很大的燃料的情况下,也能保持稳定燃烧。
- 燃料切换不需改变喷头、油泵等硬件设定。
- 出入排放控制的区域(ECA)时,HFO与MGO的切换也能保持安全运行。这也是转杯式燃烧器的优点之一。
06减轻维修保养负担
- 将合页式门拉开,就能拉出燃烧器主部。
- 减少零配件,实现轻量化,从而减轻维修保养的负担。
- SDR350 -1500系列的管道系统是,将燃料阀、调量阀都安装到同一个模块,实现了配件一体化。因此减少了必要的消耗性配件与附件数量,减轻维修保养的负担。
07省燃料与环保

调节比率很大
桑福来的大调节比不浪费锅炉热交换能量,使得优化燃烧量。按照蒸汽消费需求,调节燃油消耗量。

燃烧空气量优化
将锅炉内的热能量损失降至最低,自动调节燃烧空气量,从而不浪费燃油!
08控制箱
控制箱上安装的触摸屏,提高燃烧器的可用性,并具备数据记录功能系统,一旦出现故障船员也能迅速地把握现场状况。
陆地支援
- 一旦故障等问题发生时,根据船员将主页拍摄照片邮到桑福来邮箱,我们可以掌握到现场状况,从而我们能建议处理方法。
- 按照数据记录功能,工程师能确认故障发生前后的装置状态。
触摸屏显示故障处理指南
- 一旦发生非正常停机,打理指南在触摸屏上显示,本船排除对应比较容易化。
